Eureka Funds Management (Eureka) is a fund manager dedicated to wholesale and institutional investors, with a focus on the alternative investment sector in Australia. It is a private company owned by its principals and staff and has offices in Sydney and Brisbane.

Eureka manages both single account mandates and pooled investment vehicles totalling in excess of $3.5 billion in real estate assets, as well as a debt vehicle designed to fund building environmental upgrades. The assets include a broad spectrum of investments in the office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential sectors.

With approximately 50 employees, Eureka offers its clients a highly experienced team of investment professionals.
