Niall McCarthy is an Executive Director of Eureka with responsibility for the management and strategic direction of Eureka’s opportunistic funds, with a focus on the securing of projects, new business opportunities, investor communication and management responsibilities across the wider group. Niall is also a member of the Eureka Audit and Risk Committee.

Niall has over 25 years experience in the construction, property development and investment industries in Australia, Middle East, Asia and the UK having been a group director at Page Kirkland Group for a large project management consultancy and a Fund Manager at Colonial First State Property.

Niall has a Masters degree in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying, a Bachelors degree in Construction Economic and a Diploma in Urban Estate Management. Niall is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
